Lisa's Dance Studio offers convenient online registration. Simply complete the form below by filling out your contact information and choosing your classes.

Tuition for your first month of classes and the registration fee is due in order to complete your registration. You will hear from us after you submit your Registration Form.

If you are registering members of the same family, please use a separate form for each sibling.

Preferred Payment Method

To complete registration, you must select one of the options below. Choose Option 1, 2, or 3 by clicking the circle to the left of your choice.  You may cancel this at any time by texting 339-788-7700.

    OPTION 1: 
PAY BY AUTOMATIC MONTHLY WITHDRAWAL
 
  • Monthly tuition and other studio fees to be automatically withdrawn from your debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
  • Tuition for your first month and the Registration Fee is due when you register.
  • The first automatic withdrawal will start your second month and continue on the first of each month.
  • Studio Fees and their due dates are listed below.
  • Because the month of June is especially busy preparing for the Recitals, tuition for June will be withdrawn in May.
  • The Studio will contact you for your credit/debit card information.

    OPTION 2: 
 PAY THE ANNUAL TUITION IN 1 PAYMENT
 
  • Pay your tuition for the entire dance year in one payment.
  • Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or cash.

  
Studio Fees & Their Due Dates

  • Due when you Register for Classes - Registration Fee: $35.00 
  • Due when you Register for Classes - Tuition for your first month of classes
  • Due November 10th – Recital Costume Fees:
    Toddler, PreSchool, and KinderDance classes will have 1 costume (approximately $90)
    Levels 1, 1.5, 2, and 2.5 classes will wear the same costume for Tap and Jazz and have a different costume for Ballet.
    All other classes will have one costume.
    The cost per costume is between $60.00 - $120.00. The Studio is not responsible for costumes not picked up by the last day of classes in June.
  • Due February 1st  – Recital Fee: $65.00 

There are no refunds on Tuition, Costumes, Recital fees, Team fees, or other Studio fees.  You may discontinue classes at any time and you will not be charged going forward.
